Scandaleux!! Ils m ont annul ma rservation pour 1h de retard qui n taient pas de mon ressort. Si encore quelqu'un etait arriv entre temps pour prendre la dernire voiture disponnible j aurai pu comprendre mais la le parc etait complet. J ai du repayer plein tarif une voiture la dernire minute. Et ma 1er reservation n etant bien-sr pas remboursable....Mais ce n est pas fini. En faisant le tour de la voiture je remarque un enorme impact sur la carrosserie qui n est pas inscrit sur le constat initial. Je vais donc le signaler mais le type refuse de le noter sous prtexte que les rayures de plus de 5 cm ne sont pas prises en compte (quest ce que cest que cette histoire ???).A FUIR absolument. Prfrez un loueur classique ou on ne vous prendra pas pour un con et qui sera au final moins cher...
Abandoned at Toulouse Blagnac airport in the early hours of the morning - i's not fun! All other hire car companies stayed open for their clients on a BA flight delayed by 40 minutes and arrived at 00:05 EXCEPT Thrifty/Hertz even though they had been notified by Expedia. We eventually got a hotel room at 03:00, but returning to the airport before 08:00, they refused to honour our pre-paid booking for 4 days' hire because "it was for yesterday". The unpleadsant and incompetant member of staff refused to do anything to help and it took nearly an hour on the phone with Expedia before they agreed to provide the car.BTW, the other Blagnac hire care companies weren't eactly innocent, the pirates wanted between 241 and 326 for one day's car hire!

Everything went well from booking the car online to return it. Neat service. Which is what is expected from a rental. But then, 2 hours after getting the car back, we realised that we had forgotten headphones in the trunk. And that's when their customer service became lower than low. We called to inform them but no one had found them. We asked if they could double check and we had to insist. And after some hours of waiting - the car hadn't been rented in the meantime - they confirmed that nothing could be found in the car. But they offered to have their manager calling within the next days to find a solution. It's been 2 weeks. Still waiting. In conclusion, I would just say that as a company, when you're facing clients, you ought to have an irreproachable customer service and not just until the product is sold. Here, it wasn't the case.
